Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

In order to qualify for a refund, the item you wish to return must remain in its original condition as when you received it, undamaged, unwarned and unused, complete with all tags, original packaging, and accompanying items such as accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items that were included with the product. Additionally, you must present the original receipt or proof of purchase, and the refund will be issued using the original method of payment, typically processing back to the original payment card.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All other terms and conditions outlined in the return policies of RKP INDUSTRY remain applicable


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Gift and promotional item

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gifts, free items or gift cards. Furthermore, should you be returning a product that was accompanied by a gift, you will be required to cover the cost of the gift item. Moreover, if you opt to return an item from a bundle or combo purchase that was acquired under a promotional offer, you will be billed the individual retail price of the product you intend to retain. Returns for non-damaged items

Customers will incur charges for returns if they wish to return a product that is free from defects. This condition applies when a customer returns a product due to a change in preference or a change of mind rather than any fault with the product. Other terms

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. If you need assistance with an order modification or cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the shipping label is created or order is picked up by courier order can not be cancelled or change. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

NOTE:

Standard Warranty for some Electronic Products 

RKP INDUSTRY CORP warrants that your electric product, purchased directly from the Company or an authorized retailer, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. All other terms and conditions outlined in the return policies of RKP INDUSTRY remain applicable

For electronic products from RKP INDUSTRY, most will include a warranty manual. In such cases, the warranty policies specified in the accompanying manual will govern the warranty coverage for those products. All other terms and conditions outlined in the return policies of RKP INDUSTRY remain applicable

What is Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product. It includes manufacturing defects and failures occurring under normal use conditions.

What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from artificial damage such as:

Drops, falls, cracked screens, and liquid damage,
Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect,
Unauthorized modification or repairs,
Acts of nature, such as floods or earthquakes.

Remedies:
If a defect covered by this warranty is verified, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. The Company reserves the right to replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality.

Other Terms:
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.

Note:

  • Different Purchase option Cancellation Policy: Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
  • Subscriptions: When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
    Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
    Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
    If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

  • Pre-orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
    You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
  • Try before you buy: When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
